Craziness abounds in my world. Mostly brought upon myself, as usual. I chose the opportunity to educate the somewhat disoriented and hormone-charged minds of junior high students.
I began teaching in ‘95 and have held positions in every possible aspect of music education in the public school system. I’ve taught in 4 different states, taken 4 different tests, and obtained my Masters in Music Ed to appease New York State.
I continue to teach my own curriculum, so I am constantly looking for new/fresh ideas. I search the internet often and it does take awhile to find some gems. But now that J. Pisano and crew are tackling the job of getting music educators to actually blog, the information on the WWW will hopefully rise higher in quality and quantity.
