Does anyone else feel like their trying to teach 50 different programs at the same time? It’s this time of year again when it feels like the students want to do their own thing instead of what I want them to do. Their becoming apathetic towards the music we’re trying to learn in chorus. I want to do something different to liven up the rehearsal, but our rehearsal days are numbered with all the ”vacation breaks” inbetween now and our concert. I feel my concerts are boring. I think I choose fun music for the audience to listen to, but I just don’t seem to have any ideas to liven up the performance; make it memorable. I am frustrated by my lack of creativity.
